    Experienced management team in costumes retailing.
    Marketing team of more than 10 staffs.

4. Finance:
    more than 1,500,000 Euro.

5. History/Achievement:
    have run an international apparel brand and achieved sales revenue of over 20,000,000 Euro.

Type B - City Franchisee

1. Overall Requirements:
    Agree on DOOSHION GARMENT CO., LTD.'s vision and brand image.
    Possess high brand awareness.
    Understand local market.
    Be alert to fashion trending.

2. Distribution Channel & Customer Pool:
    Established sales network.
    More than 5 customers.
    Able to acquire good performing stores (depending on specific cities).

3. Management and Staff:
    Possessing strong Capability in managing retail stores and sales management.
    Experienced in personnel management.

4. Finance:
    more than 300,000 Euro.

5. History/Achievement:
    have run three clothing brands stores; shop size more than 80 square meters.

6. Channel norms:
    protect the regions of city dealers authorized and distributors.
